Mr. Bomsztyk's practice encompasses all aspects of small business representation including incorporation, financing, contract/lease review, negotiations and litigation. In addition, Mr. Bomsztyk zealously advocates for individuals accused of crimes (misdemeanor and felony) as well as seeking just compensation for those seriously injured by others.
Prior to joining BM&T, Mr. Bomsztyk operated a solo practice in Tacoma, Washington where he also represented small businesses, criminal defendants, and individuals seeking redress for negligence.
