Corporate, construction, telecommunications, construction finance, international and general business.
Mr. Dennis works with U.S. and international companies and serves as outside counsel on business, corporate and project and construction matters. He has handled matters in cases which extend from power generation projects in the $100M’s to creation and financing of new businesses. Mr. Dennis advises on labor and union-related matters in construction and manufacturing. Mr. Dennis’ clients include international companies in the field of construction, manufacturing and trade. Mr. Dennis routinely works with foreign companies doing business in the United States and domestic companies doing business internationally. He advises on import/export controls, international Letters of Credit, and manufacturing issues.
Mr. Dennis sits on the Board of Directors of both private international companies and domestic charities. He gives opinions as to enforceability of foreign contracts and routinely works with attorneys from other countries on all types of business matters.
Mr. Dennis has practiced as a corporate and business lawyer for 30 years. He has worked in-house for a major corporation and acts as outside counsel for companies in such diverse areas as power cables, glass, healthcare, service businesses, and construction.

Representative Cases
Mr. Dennis has never had a case go to a court of appeals. Nearly all of his cases are settled by crafted business solutions, including contract restructuring, novation and settlement.
