Mr. Juhl counsels clients and represents them in disputes in areas related to construction and real estate development, commercial litigation, estate planning and litigation, catastrophic injury and the formation and transfer of businesses.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Juhl practiced for five years in Island County, serving as the President of the Island County Bar Association, and trying dozens of cases before juries throughout western Washington.
During law school, Mr. Juhl was an extern in the chambers of Judge Kim McLane Wardlaw, U.S. Court of Appeals, 9th Circuit, and interned with the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management, Massachusetts Housing Finance Authority and Shames & Litwin, Attorneys at Law.
