Practice Areas
Mr. McQuade's practice encompasses a wide array of civil and commercial litigation dealing with both public and private contracts. He has been involved in cases at the state, federal, and appellate level.
He also does a substantial amount of transactional work focusing primarily on franchise formation and regulation, business entity planning, and commercial leasing.
During law school, Mr. McQuade interned with the honorable Stephanie Duncan-Peters of the Superior Court for the District of Columbia.
