Franchise Wide Lawsuit Against Franchisor

Represented twelve (12) Western Washington Franchisees, representing twenty seven (27) separate franchise locations in a lawsuit against their Franchisor, their franchisor's parent company and principals of the Franchisor alleging violations of Washington's Franchise Investment Protection Act (FIPA RCW 19.09) and Consumer Protection Act (CPA RCW 19.86). After two (2) years of aggressive and intensive litigation secured a settlement and fundamental contractual changes to the franchise system for the benefit of franchisees.
